“Gwyneth Paltrow and her musician hubby, Chris Martin, are selling their $11.5 million London mansion — and their neighbors couldn’t be happier about it.

For years, residents of the posh Belsize Park neighborhood have struggled with the extensive construction going on at the couple’s pad, which they bought from actress Kate Winslet 10 years ago.

Gwyneth, 41, and Martin, 36, then picked up two other properties nearby and put their neighbors through hell while joining the structures to build a 33-room mansion.

“We have had years of their building works,” fumed one neighbor to the British tabloid Daily Star. “They have taken down trees so they can park their flashy cars in the driveway and they put a huge swimming pool in the back garden.”

The actress and Coldplay frontman recently moved to LA and are seeking a smaller London nest.”
