An apple a day keeps the doctor away, but if the doctor is cute, forget the fruit!

Miss Universe 2015, Pia Wurtzbach, is dating the hottest doctor on Instagram, Doctor Mike, who fans call the real-life McDreamy.

“I am dating Pia. It’s a fairly new relationship, but I’m really excited to see where it can go!” the social media star (né Mikhail Varshavski) told Wonderwall.com on March 18.

Doctor Mike, who’s based in New York City, first posted a photo of the couple on Monday, February 15, to his 1.6 million followers and wrote: “She says she wanted to be a doctor until she realized she’s deathly afraid of the sight of blood so she decided to win #MissUniverse instead #touché #welldone #stoneheartday @piawurtzbach.”

The Filipino beauty, 26, also tweeted a post-workout photo with the second-year medical resident, captioning it, “Zombies after boxing @RealDoctorMike.”

The relationship must be very new, since the pageant winner denied she was seriously dating anyone in a live Facebook chat on March 12 and stated that her Miss Universe duties remain her top priority.

Wurtzbach won her sash in one of the most shocking moments in live television, when the Miss Universe host, Steve Harvey, read the wrong name and gave the crown to Miss Colombia Ariadna Gutiérrez before admitting his mix-up and crowning Miss Philippines the winner.
