The 39-year-old actress and Calvin Klein underwear model parted ways with Drive actor Gosling, 33, last December, meaning she will be single on Valentine’s Day.

‘I’m not a big Valentine’s Day person,’ she said, opening up about her plans for supposedly the most romantic day of the year.

‘I’ll probably just order a deep dish and watch The Notebook or something. Just cry, weep,’ she told Ellen Degeneres with a laugh.

The Notebook is a 2004 tear-jerker starring Gosling and his former lover Rachel McAdams.

It was wildly reported that Gosling and 35-year-old McAdams split up because she didn’t want to ‘settle down’ after dating between 2005 and 2007.

It was also reported that Gosling and Mendes broke up for exactly the same reason.

Both Ryan and Amy are now single again – prompting many to speculate that a reconciliation may be on the cards as Gosling has previously stated his former co-star is ‘one of the great loves of my life’.”
